TLC is always on time, repairs and checks systems do they last. They came 24 hours after I called, outside water on/off blew a part and became a geyser! They fixed it and had me able to water grass in 90 degree heat wave. Wonderful from the office to the ground crew. Highly recommend!

TLC is an amazing company who truly cares about their customers and providing them with high quality service. From drainage needs to outdoor lighting, irrigation, holiday lighting down to snow removal I can not recommend them enough. Scheduling the opening was painless and efficient. Caitlin was pleasant, responsive and very accommodating. Abner, the service technician, arrived on time, was cordial and professional and very respectful of the property. After discussing a potential issue with the system wiring, Abner charged the system and began testing. As each zone was brought online, and finding no evidence of a problem, heidentified sprinkler heads in need of cleaning and adjustment and addressed each accordingly. I've been a customer of TLC for many years and continue to find them professional, responsive and very focused on the customer and their satisfaction. With no hesitation I would recommend them for your lawn irrigation needs as they continue to meet and exceed my expectations.

TLC was highly recommended by several people I talked to. I called and scheduled an appointment for a quote. I wanted to move 2 sprinkler heads and installing 1 additional sprinkler. The technician can out with in two days. The technician was very friendly and made some suggestions. The CSR sent me a quote in email the very next day. I scheduled my appointment for one week later. Same technician came out and completed the work. Very fast and very professional. I highly recommend this company and will use them again.
