JP Lawns and Ponds did a wonderful job of cleaning the pond and filter and they even added fish. My husband and I are very happy with the service. We are now able to enjoy our pond with fish. We highly recommend JP Lawn and Ponds.

Work has not been done yet, but the initial contact and assessment of the future work was done very professionally. I was very impressed with them.

I am very happy I went with JP Lawns and Ponds to get this done. This pond was full of thick algae and debris and had not been touched or maintained for years (maybe decades) and JR cleaned it out thoroughly to having it look brand new again. I was amazed. He is very responsive, punctual, professional, knowledgeable, and does high quality work. I highly recommend going with JR to get any of your pond tasks completed!

We used JP Lawns and Ponds to clean our 4,500 gallon pond and they did an excellent job. In advance of the cleaning they communicated about the scheduled date and provided reminders. He worked quickly, efficiently, and cleaned up all the debris. He made recommendations for the next cleaning and provided an assessment of our kois overall appearance. We will definitely use this company moving forward for all of our pond services.

My pricing is competitive. I also offer discounts on recurring work that involves monthly services.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally when I arrive to do a service for the 1st time, I explain the entire process of the job before I get started just in case there are any concerns. If all is well then i complete the task. payment is needed upon completion of work.
