- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is straightforward and transparent. For January only, we’re offering special promotional prices: General cleaning starts at $100 for the first room and $50 for each additional room. Tile and grout cleaning starts at $125 per room, with an option to add general cleaning of that room for just $50 more. These prices are temporary as we’re a new business eager to serve and learn how best to meet our customers’ needs. No hidden fees—what you see is what you pay!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple and customer-focused. First, the customer clicks on the provided link to select the services they need and schedule a convenient appointment. On the cleaning day, we’ll arrive on time, assess the areas to be cleaned, and confirm the plan with you. Then, we’ll perform the service efficiently, paying close attention to detail. After the job, we’ll review the results with you to ensure satisfaction and provide tips for maintaining your clean space. We’re committed to making the process seamless and your space spotless!
