Hello my husband Juber decided to take a chance and start his business a few years ago. Thankfully it’s been going good. He has been working in roofing and siding with his brothers since he was in high school. We try to offer the best prices with out lowering our quality of work. We also provide free estimates. Polar really helped me out in a pinch. Water was leaking into my living room, and I needed to remove the melting snow and ice from my roof and gutter ASAP. I left a message for Polar, and they responded within minutes. The rep was polite, professional, and responsive. He listened to my needs and was patient any time we had to clarify needs and potential solutions. He resolved my immediate problem by snow-blowing the roof, removing as much ice as possible from the gutter, and removing part of the gutter guard (per my request). Water stopped leaking into my living room, and I'm very grateful for that help. The issue turned out to be built-up ice that had raised some roof tiles and melted under the roofline. The rep explained the work he performed as well as work he didn't perform (because doing so might cause damage). So he was careful and thoughtful. While the price was a bit on the high side from my experience, I appreciated getting help so quickly. The rep pointed out a variety of solutions, suggested further improvements, and remains flexible in terms of future work. Thanks!

Polar quickly responded to a leak coming from our roof flashing. They walked me up onto the roof to show me the problem, which was a first and also showed me the completed work. I highly recommend them.
