What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very reasonable and economy friendly , due to the pendemic I will work with my customers as best as I can when it comes to a reasonable price .also give a 10%discount to nurses and essential workers .
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Well first I have to evaluate what the customer wants done. then I would walk with the customer around the perimeter to get a better understanding.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Well Im educated in home improvement and also went to school for building construction and sales and marketing .
