- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Effective Jan 2023 *Terms and conditions: 1. DEPOSITS a. The client must pay a non refundable 40% deposit of the total cost. Failure to do so could result in your booking being canceled. b. Once Deposit is received, a confirmation invoice will be sent c. Deposits can be paid via CashApp, Venmo, ApplePay, Paypal or Zelle. 2. CANCELLATIONS BY BOTH PARTIES a. In the event, if a client must cancel said service after booking, the deposit is counted as the cancellation fee. b. In the event, if a client must reduce the number of their party for any services, it will incur a cancellation fee, which is 20% of the outstanding balance. c. In the event, if a client pays the full amount and later must cancel, the cancellation fee is also 40% of the total balance. d. In the event, If we are unable to attend on the day of service, we will find a replacement. Failing that we will refund you the full amount. 3. CLIENT OBLIGATION a. Please notify us of any allergies or reactions you may have had in the past. If nothing is stated, we cannot be held liable for any damages or costs. b. Time is money and time is important. Please make sure times are adhered to. c. We reserve the right to use any photos we take on social networking sites, and also on our website for promotional purposes. If you do not wish, please state. 3A. TRAVEL FEES a. A flat travel fee of $60 will apply within 60 miles from zip code 20882. b. A flat travel fee of $120 will apply for 60 miles plus from zip code 20882. 3B. PARKING a. Paid valet parking is required in DC, Arlington, Baltimore, or any city venue, unless there is a parking lot located right next to the venue or hotel. b. Getting to know the client beforehand, asking questions about the type of makeup and hairstyle they are looking for and definitely listening to them.
