- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are transparent, with no hidden fees. We include tax in all estimates and offer bundled pricing for multiple locks. Emergency or after-hours service has a slightly higher rate, but I always explain it before starting the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I ask what the issue is and give an estimate. If it’s something more complex, I might visit to assess. Once approved, I order any parts needed and schedule the installation right after everything arrives—usually within 2–3 business days.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve taken certified locksmith training courses and have years of hands-on experience in key programming, lock installations, and security hardware. I also regularly upgrade my tools and knowledge to stay up to date with new smart lock technology.
