We struck gold with Jose Perez and US Floors. After a pretty major flood we needed the different types of flooring replaced. Carpet, lux vinyl, and a lesser vinyl. Jose measured and helped with material selection. He came when he said he would and the installation was perfect. Many other contractor blew us off. Would measure and we never got an estimate. US Floors is extremely professional. I highly recommend!

I recently worked with Jose and his team, and I must say that it was a great pleasure. From the very beginning, Jose has been nothing but professional, understanding, and accommodating. He arrived at my residence on time as scheduled and took the time to explain the process to me. He even brought in multiple samples to help me make a decision as I was indecisive. In addition, Jose graciously gave me a couple of quotes based on my thoughts on the basement. Today, the team installed the floors, and they were efficient, professional, and most importantly, on time. The flooring has made a huge difference to my basement, and I truly appreciate Jose for being so understanding, especially when I made a mistake. These guys did a great job on my ground floor replacement. The team arrived on time and were in and out in two days taking out my old nail down floor and installing a beautiful new LVP. I could barely tell that they had been there when they left. Great work, great price, highly recommended!
