Jose is responsive and responsible. He arrived at the given time to understand the work to be done, within a day he gave me his estimate which was very reasonable, very clear. After I accepted the price, immediately he gave me the date when he will start the work. He arrived before time to start the work, and finished on time as promised. His work quality was excellent, he cleaned up after the work. If I need any concete work to be done I will certainly use him. I recommend him.
