The service tech was very responsive to my questions about the cleaning and shared before and after photos of the cleaning that showed the high quality of the work.

Chelea’s Chimney did a great job. They took pictures to document the process and when I asked for additional photos to explain exactly what work was done, they came back and took them and explained everything. From the initial visit for the quote to the work day and the follow up all the people I encountered were professional, polite and nice. Communication was great they gave me names and times of everyone coming to my home. It was an excellent experience and I would highly recommend Chelsea’s Chimney.
