- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our estimates are free of charge. We do offer bundle prices for extensive projects around the house including repairs, painting, framing, flooring, appliances installations, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer to communicate with our clients over the phone (Calls or SMS). If we can coordinate an in-person visit, to do the assessment visit, we will do it at your convenience. Remember, due to this pandemic, we are taking all the safety measures to keep your family and ours, safe.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I got my initial preparation and practice on my birth country, Peru. Lived in Puerto Rico for a few years, and updated my knowledge with the National Electrical Code.
