Sean from Rio did a set of steps for us last year. The workmanship was decent, however they 1) changed the form to 4 feet vs the 5 feet we requested without telling us. 2) still coat us additional 200 over our quote stating that there was more concrete even though the new design would have used less. 3) never came back to finish the job of installing railings
