I booked Carlos for a 40th birthday party and he was great. He was responsive throughout the planning process, giving good suggestions for cocktails and providing a comprehensive shopping list. On the day of the party, he showed up early enough to get everything set up and looking professional before the party started. He did a great job throughout the party, and I got multiple compliments from folks on him. 5 Stars - will definitely book him again for my next party.
