I am so happy that I decided to check out Thumbtack for this service - Kay was so responsive, patient and helpful in helping us decide the best balloon decorative option for a baby shower. I found a random picture online and sent it to her and she was able to recreate it perfectly (with our color scheme) when the other two vendors I reached out to were not and kept trying to upsell. I will for sure be reaching out to Kay if we need this service again. Five stars all the way around!! ⭐️

Kay did an amazing job decorating my daughter’s Barbie 6th birthday. The balloon arch and Barbie decor was incredibly beautiful. It was perfect and for the first time I wouldn’t change anything with the decor. Very talented. Can I mention she was punctual, professional, and made very quality work. She went above and beyond in decorating, and even made some ballon decorations for the entry way that I didn’t think about. She is great!

I highly recommend Kay and KCDesignz!! Our finished product was just stunning. This balloon arch for my daughter's baby girl sprinkle was beautiful, and just helped set the mood for the whole party! But beyond that, Kay's patience with the planning of the balloon creation was so impressive! Very supportive when I struggled a bit, trying to choose colors, etc. I will tell everyone I know about K.C. Designz!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are designed to be budget friendly, we have something for everyone no matter the budget you have. We understand that you may want it all believe me we do too we want to offer it all but at a mutual understanding that both parties are comfortable with.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After a client reaches out we send out a simple questionnaire that requires intricate and important details for your event then we send you a quote. Your quote is good for two days. And in that quote you will also be informed on how to book and what is required to book.We hope this helps 😊
