- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to explain to the customer the process of how I work. I also remind the customer that a minor job might become a bigger one due to several factors, the biggest one being age. When you touch one thing, another thing breaks, etc. It is important for me for the customer to be aware that cooperation is important when situations like this occur.
