We used Jeff as our realtor to sell our house in Laurel, Maryland. We have 2 children under 4 and we were nervous that it would really hard to keep the house showing ready. Jeff built our showing schedule to get as many people into the house in a single weekend. At the end the weekend, we got 18 offers on the house and received above our asking price. Not having to worry about staging the house multiple times made everything so much easier. Jeff was also so helpful in telling us what we needed to do to prep the house and it made the whole process so much less stressful. I would wholeheartedly recommend Jeff to anyone looking to sell a house!We also used Jeff when we purchased our first home and his advice was invaluable. We were able to find a wonderful house where we were happy for 6 years!

Jeffrey is delightful to work with, making the whole process less stressful. His guidance got us the home we desired. He has a lot of contacts; hooking us up with a wonderful mortgage company, and title company and got us a great contact for a security system. Jeffrey is the person I will recommend to everyone who is looking to buy or, sell. It happened so fast we are now going to miss his company.
