- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
First time cleanings are always going to be more expensive then the follow up cleaning due to the amount of detail work needed in order to get the job done. 2nd time cleaning requires less time but quality still reminds high. Since we provide fair pricing we don't have room for discounts but might through in a special service in addition to the cleaning because of the relationship of our costumers
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A quick introduction of who we are and what we are doing. A Quick glance of the property and window count. Notifying any potential changes or obstacles that we will/might face. Addressing any types of things that we as cleaners are not able to do such as restoration of window quality. Ask the costumer of any questions or details they would like to notify us. Get job done and walk through the property before sending out invoice. Ask for reviews and schedule for a follow up cleaning.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
To support our Families we needed to find additional sources of income to follow our american dream, some of our members want to continue growing their families and be present and others want to get out of debt or both.
