- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
1 Hour Consultation Fee $80 The 1 hour consultation includes: review of space to be organized, discussion of what client needs, scope of work, possible photos and measurements. The consultation is to gather the needs of the client. A consultation is not for the organizer to visit your home, consult on ideas, and then client do the work themselves. Minimum session time is 3 hours. The hours listed here do not include shopping time, which is billed at $25 per hour. Packages are priced as follows: 3 hours $240 4 hours $320 6 hours $480 8 hours $640 Unforeseen overtime is billed in 15 minute increments at $20 Purchasing packets of time can also be used for monthy maintenance. Too busy to keep everything organized? I will come in at your convenience and put everything back neat and orderly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After our initial phone call or email conversation, we will make a date for me to see your space. ( or, if more convenient over video) In this time we will discuss what your ideal space would look like, how you move around the room or use the space (closet, drawer, pantry etc.). I will take photos and measurements at this time. The consultation is $80. I will create a quote for you with approximate cost, and ask you to sign a contract to begin the work. A 50% deposit is required at this time. Once the contract is signed, and the 50% deposit received, I will begin shopping for any necessary organizing items that you may need, (bins, hangers, containers, risers etc.) Or, if you are having a stying session, throw pillows, throw blankets, décor, etc.) When I have all the items I believe that you need, we will make an appointment for me to come to your house to organize, or style. Any items deemed not necessary will be returned. PLEASE READ THE POLICIES BELOW. POLICIES: Initial 1 hour consultation fee at $80 - due upon completion 3 hour minimum for any organizing or styling session Overtime is billed at $20 per 15 minute increments R+Hstyles works within a 45 minute radius of Frederick, Maryland If Client is outside of the 45minute radius from Frederick, a $20 fee will be added for each additional 15 minutes driven. 3 hour minimum for any organizing or styling session, payment due at end of session Overtime is billed at $20 per 15 minutes Client Input Periods (texts, emails and phone calls, links for purchases) are billed as a Design Fee, at $20 per 15 minute increments. This is to ensure that Client understands R+Hstyles is working with other Clients, and to keep communication concise Shopping time, whether online or in the field, alone or with Client, is billed at $80 per hour If R+Hstyles is shopping for Client, Client will be contacted to confirm item to be bought and price R+Hstyles does not claim a price guarantee, if there is a delay in decision making on an item for purchase Client is responsible for any additional product purchases, parking, tolls etc. These costs will be added to the final bill R+Hstyles and Rebecca Hargreaves is not a general contractor, and does not provide contractor services such as plumbing, HVAC, electrical wallpapering, painting. Any action that requires more than general knowledge and skill, must be performed by Client or professional contractor. R+Hstyles is not responsible for disputes, refunds, or replacement of items after 1 month from purchase R+Hstyles accepts Venmo, Paypal, Zelle and cash I will not take on any hoarding issues or environmental health issues I have the right to refuse a session that is not suitable to me 48 hour cancellation policy or client will be charged in full for time and sessions booked
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am self taught in organizing. I think it is a skill that you are born with and have a knack for. I have an extremely organized home, and can tell a family member where to find something; down to the drawer and which side of the drawer. I enjoy this, because everything has a home and everything can be found. It also helps in the flow of moving around your home or space.
