FirmStone did such an amazing job on my townhouse paver patio from start to finish that I am actively looking for more projects. Ronald is truly a talented and humble master craftsman. My next door neighbor was so impressed after they finished, she had a consultation and estimate the very next day! The people that work for this company could not be nicer. When there was a COVID-related delay on materials delivery they emailed AND texted me to make sure that I received the message. Ronald was transparent with pricing and worked within my budget. He even included a fence post repair into the cost of the patio! When our original plan for the stairs was not working, he improvised with a Plan B that was more gorgeous than planned and only added a small cost for additional materials and another day of installation. He was so kind to my son and Angela was always available on the phone and through email. This business will succeed because of their expertise, amazing work ethic, and affordable pricing. They went so above and beyond what is standard for customer service, I will do anything they need to help grow their business.

Ronald and Angela checked all the boxes for us. We had many questions and all were answered the same day. The project was completed ahead of schedule and looks great [front porch and walkway]! The process was seamless beginning to end.

Angela and Ron were great to work with on our front walkway project. They were very responsive and easy to work with as we finalized the details and then they were always in touch during the project as well. The final product is beautiful and we are so pleased! I would definitely recommend FirmStone and will be calling them if we need any assistance in the future.
