- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the requirements of the event, no one event is the same, thus pricing can vary. Payments will be on a milestone basis which are based on the event plan.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Schedule a virtual meeting, to introduce the company and meet the customer, get an understanding of what the customer is looking for. After the initial meeting, a contract will be provided for the customer to view, if the customer agrees, the contract is signed and work starts. An Event Plan will be provided to the customer within 7 days of contract signing.
