FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing depends on the specific details of each project—including the size, materials, and overall scope. Because every home is different, costs can vary based on the selections and design preferences you choose. We also offer special promotions and limited-time deals that change monthly. For the most accurate quote and to find out what offers are currently available, we recommend sharing your project details through our website or contacting us directly on Thumbtack.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We’ve designed our process to be smooth and stress-free from start to finish. 1. In-Home Consultation – It all begins with a visit to your home where we take measurements, understand your goals, and talk through your ideas. 2. Custom Design – Based on your vision, we’ll create a personalized design that brings your project to life. 3. Showroom Visit – Next, we’ll invite you to our showroom to review the design and choose your favorite materials. 4. Contract & Scheduling – Once you're happy with everything and the contract is signed, we’ll schedule the start date and hold a Pre-Construction Meeting to align you and the project manager. 5. Project Execution – On the scheduled date, construction begins. Our project managers stay in close contact, handle quality checks, and ensure the work is done just right. 6. Final Walkthrough – When everything’s complete, we walk through the finished space with you to make sure you're 100% satisfied—and hopefully, ready to leave us a glowing 5-star review! From the first meeting to the final walkthrough, we’re here to make the experience easy, clear, and enjoyable.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We believe great design starts with great training—that’s why we invest in ongoing education for our designers. Our team stays current with the latest trends, materials, and techniques through a combination of remote learning and hands-on experiences. We even organize trips to our vendors' factories, giving our designers a behind-the-scenes look at how materials are crafted. This firsthand knowledge sharpens their skills, deepens their product understanding, and ultimately helps them deliver the best possible results for our customers.
