- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a competitive and fair pricing for the market. We are a painting business compared to a painter. We value our relationship and the quality, professionalism, and customer services provided from inception to the completion of the projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
From inception, one of the owners will contact the customer seeking a little more information on their project, timelines, budget, rationale, and any pain points or factors for making a decision. Upon the customer's request, we will schedule an in-person appointment with the decision-makers, provide them a detailed proposal, and schedule the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have extensive background in the painting industry. Our crews have painted homes and business for over 20 years. 360 Painting and its vendors provide ongoing training on the new materials, applications, and methods to deliver the best product.
