APS will be my go-to for all my A/V projects. My project was to upgrade home theater setups. The work included upgrading sound quality in one room with a new receiver and new speakers. New recessed smart lighting was also installed in this room. The other setup upgrade included adding new in-ceiling speakers and crown molding in my family room. There is a strip of smart lighting above the crown molding and I think I enjoy using the crown molding lighting that responds to sound more than the rest of the work, which is all great. The sound in both rooms is excellent and the added smart lighting in the rooms enhances the viewing and listening experience.

Paul and his teammate were wonderful! They arrived on time to provide me with an on-site estimate to get our various systems talking to one another again. We have an slightly outdated but well built AV control system that wasn't able to recognize some new devices. It required us to use 3 remotes to move from Fios to Amazon Prime to Apple TV. Not the end of the world but it was a hassle so my holiday gift to my hubby was returning us to a one-remote easy life. When the two guys from APS arrived, they were able to diagnose the problem and had the time to fix it immediately. I readily agreed upon the price they offered; it was a reasonable cost for two guys' time moving wires and programming remotes - much less travel time. They were kind and funny toward my belief in the magic of all things electronic and were able to teach me how to access everything I needed. Their patience (when I changed my mind AFTER they switched things for me) was dearly appreciated. I've never had such a relaxed time with tech issues before. I will be keeping their card handy and have already recommended them!
