- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I travel to clients to their location, I own a salon suite so clients are able to come to me also. When traveling there will be fees and I also have a referral program. Inquire within for more information.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
"A good consultation is the most important start" My absolute goal working with new clients is for the client to feel at ease and comfortable. I ask that clients are open and honest about their hair history, and expectations. I will make a thorough assessment of the hair and give knowledgable suggestions. I also encourage for clients to bring photos of hair styles. My ultimate goal is to give you a desired result catered to you while maintaining the integrity an health of the clients hair.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my cosmetology training at " The Temple: A Paul Mitchell Partner School" in 2012. I Have taken Continuing educational courses focusing on color, barbering, hair cutting techniques.
