Good communication throughout. He provided good guidance before and during the work. He replaced a small piece of damaged carpet where pets and torn it up, and afterwards, you can't event tell there was ever a problem. He cleaned the worn and dirty carpets throughout the house and they look fabulous! I highly recommend RK Carpet Services.

Rigo came and immediately went to work on removing the LPVs from my basement. Then removed my carpet from my family room for a reasonable price. He was in and out in less time than I thought it would take. Cleaned up as he took the LPV and carpet to be disposed of. Highly impressive work!
