We are a small family own local business in Frederick, Md. I turned my passion for party planning and balloon decor from a hobby into my own business. I can honestly say I love what I do and making my clients happy is our first priority . She really went above and beyond to help me plan the balloon decor and party favors out for my party!! And delivered exactly as we had planned. I will definitely use her again at future parties! Also the guests thought the cotton candy out of the favor bags was phenomenal
