Introduction
I have been an ordained non denominational pastor since 2002 serving the Maryland and Virginia areas. I have over 2 decades of experience providing pre-marital counseling as well as officiant services. I find much joy in sharing the experience of uniting couples together as one.
Additional services I provide include being present at wedding rehearsals, assisting in writing wedding vows, Notary services etc. Please feel free to discuss other desired services upon contact. It is my pleasure to assist in making your day special and most memorable.
All services require a nonrefundable deposit. There is a 20 minute grace period if there is a delay in the start time for the ceremony.
Due to my personal beliefs I will not officiate same sex or transgender marriages.

Rev. Dr. Spriggs was an absolute joy to work with. She is prompt professional and very accommodating. What I enjoyed the most was how comforting she was during she process leading up to our wedding date. Our guest loved her! She provided our premarital counseling and really gave us life long tools to assist us as we navigate some of the difficult areas of our marriage. We are so grateful to have crossed paths with her and I would highly recommend her to any couple that’s looking to get married. She is a very wise woman that operates in transparency with much love and grace.
