My sister was getting proposed to two days out, so this was a last minute booking. K Michael was incredible! He reached out within 10 minutes of booking the appointment and was reassuring, informative, SUPER communicative, professional, and exactly what we needed! He was in contact with me from the get go and arrived to the proposal early to make sure he was hidden in plain sight. I was involved in a hit-and-run accident and managed snapping 2 pictures of the car driving off. Unfortunately, the license plate was blurry. I contacted 20+ businesses that enhance photographs. He's the only person that managed getting a number from the plate. Will send this information to my Attorney and hopefully (since the other car was right behind me on a toll road and had New Jersey tags in MD) can be located.
