I surprised my mom for her 70th birthday by having Chef Jackie come to her house and fix a wonderful surf and turf dinner for them since my dad just recently had knee surgery. My mom was playing nurse to my dad and we couldn't take her out to dinner like we would normally do. Chef Jackie was communicative, on time and was very nice. I was trying to be soux chef bc I like being in the kitchen but I let her do her thing. My parent's thoroughly enjoyed their meal and I really loved her bread pudding! Thank you again for everything!
