Established in 2020. Chimney Discounters LLC - was started in 2020 , new on the scene , but not new to the chimney industry. After working in the chimney industry for 31 + years ( 20 -yrs as a tech , and 10 1/2 yrs as general manager for a large chimney firm ) Our goal is to be a relief to customers and what can sometimes be costly - repairs of having a chimney maintained or repaired. We have certified - techs with the experience , knowledge , and expertise to meet our customers needs . From chimney cleanings ,Level 1 , 2, and 3 chimney inspections , real -estate chimney inspections , repairs , caps & dampers , relining , brick - repair , new wood & gas fireplace installs , full - chimney construction , were the go to company on having your job done right at a fair - price .

I don’t know what we did to deserve this review ! We NEVER serviced this customer , NEVER spoke with this customer , NEVER interacted with this customer ( Other than responded to THUMBTACK sending Chimney Discounters LLC this customer as a job referral ) ! So we responded to the referral by saying that we could help them with whatever service they were in need of , in witch this customer responded VERY RUDELY by saying we don’t have a contact - number . Now , as far as I know our contact - info is up to par here on the Thumbtack - App . But after this customer responded very rudely ( I sent them a copy of my company logo , digital business - card , and a picture of our vehicle , but this customer NEVER responded back until today with this testimonial ) I’m NOT UNDERSTANDING what we did wrong to deserve this negative - testimonial , but we will continue on being the BEST & offering EXCELLENT - SERVICE to our customer’s & potential customers . Been in business for years & we NEVER received such a negative testimonial on THUMBTACK of ANGIES.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe that our pricing matches our experience in the industry ( but also keeping our customers budget in - mind ) . We may not ever be known as the cheapest company in town , our goal is to be known as the BEST IN TOWN !
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer ( or any customer ) we offer good quality well experienced , knowledgeable service . Customers will not have to go - through any high pressure sales presentation ( if any repairs are needed ).
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I carry 2 - certifications in the chimney industry . 1 - with the ( Chimney Safety Institute Of America ) , and 1 - Master Chimney Certification with ( CCP )
