Had the please working with Celso. Made an appt online (very convenient) and he and another coworker came to my home to help me fix my thermostat issue. He was very detailed on the steps they were doing, found the issue, and fixed it. He also replaced my thermostat with a Nest one that was sitting in my closet for a long time. Definitely recommend this company for any electrical work!

First, i want to say that i was impressed that someone from Multi MG Services LLC got back to me at 6am when i first scheduled the appointment on Thumbtack. To me, responsiveness is everything. Next, I appreciated receiving a text from service provider, Celso Guzman, on the exact time he would be arriving. When he came, he was thorough and detailed about what service needed to be done on my HVAC, in addition to answering all my questions. He was also able to identify a minor issue that could be resolved immediately and was able to provide a quick and accurate quote on what needed to be done. Bonus: Celso is also a master electrician, which means I can call on the company to do more than just servicing my HVAC. I'll certainly be using again!
