Carlos and Brian arrived early for my family’s installation of a new toilet to replace an existing toilet. The team not only completed the task in a reasonable amount of time, they were professional and conferred with my family and I concerning a needed adjustment. My family and I were prepared to dispose of the existing toilet as we have in the past for previous toilet projects, however, we didn’t have to ask Carlos and his team and they took the initiative for disposal. Finally, Carlos and his team removed the existing toilet without being asked to dispose of it on his own. My family and I are very appreciative of the short notice appointment and the time that Carlos and his team took to take care of our necessary bathroom completion project.

We hired Carlos (and his crew) to remove/install two new toilets and remove/install a kitchen faucet. They came on a snow day and finished within the window of time given. Carlos was quick to respond to messages. Would hire again!
