- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We give 10% discount on 1st time customers, also give discounts for retirees as well as military and first responders.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When new customers call me, I make sure I answer all their questions over the phone to make sure they know we are a good fit for their project. Then I come out for a free estimate and spend time to answer more questions so they are comfortable. Because it is a big deal for homeowners who they choose to come into their home and who they can trust. We are all background checked and what all our customers really like about us is ... we send the same employee out back to your home for recurring service, so they get to know each other. And least but not last to fit everything in their budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
yes I continuously network with colleagues in the local area and belong to certified cleaning institutions statewide and nationwide to make sure we are up to the highest standards of cleaning. ISSA certified.
