- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing for scans and video transfers are dependent on quantity. Price tiers are available on our web site and you can certainly ask pricing questions here. For print scans there are also 2 flat rate options.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After contacting us we would discuss your project to make sure we both agree upon the service being performed and what is expected. Pickup and delivery is often an option within a reasonable distance or we can meet at a mutually convenient location. Mail and ship orders are always options as well. Once materials are received the order goes into the workflow and is completed as efficiently without sacrificing quality. Upon completion, the method of return would be agreed upon. We strive for 5 star happiness so if something is not up to those standards we make every effort to make things more than right.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have owned Techlab Photo since 2006 and was personally trained by the previous owners as well as national independent colleagues in the photo industry. Prior to Techlab I had done many of these services on an amateur level as well.
