Ryan came in a fixed a complex issue. We were told we needed to replace the unit after about 2-3 weeks with no air, God sent us Ryan who came in observed the issue and fixed it less then an hour. Kudos Ryan thank you.

As a new homeowner; I’ve had a few projects done and other contractors have over promised and under delivered, often over charging once then see i am a woman alone in the home. Ryan was professional and gave me an honest and fair price; while also attempting to save my heating system as he knows how expensive something like that can be especially around the holidays. He was also very knowledgeable and showed me my new system so i had a better understanding of how it worked. Would recommend to anyone!

I cannot say enough about Mercury Home Services!! The owner was so polite and professional. He went above and beyond to replace our water heater the next day. He was knowledgeable and even informed us on ways to upkeep our HVAC system. He explained everything and answered all my questions and concerns! We will be using Mercury Home for all of our HVAC needs.

Ryan was referred to me by a friend who had a great experience with him when servicing of his unit. When I reached out to Ryan, he was quick to respond. He made himself available to me and came out faster than I expected. Ryan was my third estimate. He was to the point and matter of fact. He wasn't pushy and didn't try to upsell me, as the previous 2 companies had, and his pricing was more than competitive. Beyond this, I chose to do business with Ryan and Mercury Home Services for a multitude of reasons. He was genuine, they are a young start-up, and the bottom line is he did a great job for us. I am very happy with my decision and strongly stand behind recommending him.

Was able to change our system from a furnace and AC system to a heat pump quickly. Way cheaper than any other quote we received!! Ryan was a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend!!

We have a 10% military and first responders discount. Our service call fee is deductible from any work that is performed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We arrive and introduce ourselves ask a few questions about the system, perform a full diagnostic and then discuss all repair options.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an accumulated 6 years of classroom and hands on training, I hold a HVACR unrestricted Maryland state master license. I have many certifications from manufacturers such as Carrier, Lennox and Trane.
