- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a 10% military and first responders discount. Our service call fee is deductible from any work that is performed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We arrive and introduce ourselves ask a few questions about the system, perform a full diagnostic and then discuss all repair options.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an accumulated 6 years of classroom and hands on training, I hold a HVACR unrestricted Maryland state master license. I have many certifications from manufacturers such as Carrier, Lennox and Trane.
