William was very responsive to getting us scheduled and very kind and respectful. We appreciated his detail and thoroughness in going over what we were looking to have done. Having him look at our roof for regular maintenance each year will be a great reassurance. We also are excited to have him back soon to install gutter guards! Excellent work and professionalism.
