I chose Chesapeake Moving for my move from Maryland to Alabama and couldn't be happier. Despite not having the lowest quote, Joshua's clear, professional communication won me over. He and his teammate Jarett were a dream team—polite, responsive, and super professional. They handled my belongings—mostly pre-packed by me—with great care, delivering everything within an impressive 15-hour window. Jarett even coordinated with a local assistant during unloading, enhancing our positive experience. What stood out was Jarett's personal touch; dealing with him felt like interacting with a friend. Even when my husband had to rush out for an emergency in Alabama, Jarett managed to neatly arrange our items in our home without needing much direction. Though a lamp broke in the process, the overall stellar service made this a non-issue for us. Their honesty and friendliness shone through, making me wish I could hire them again for future needs. I'd choose Chesapeake Moving over any big-name company that charges much more without providing this level of service and quality.
