I was very please with the work that I had done by Andre from Jackson plumbing. I contacted him later in the evening and he got right back to me and even came out to my house from across town. I could tell after oir phone conversation that he knew what he was talking about. My basement was flooded after an astronomical amount of rain and took in lots of water from a broken sump pump. He arrived on the dot the next morning and started. It actually took a weight off of me because had he not helped me so promptly and efficiently, I would have had to take a day off of work. He replaced my sump pump, and thr tubing that went up to the wall. My basement would have been an aquarium had he not come when he did. Other companies put me off for a couple of days or were just going to replace something without looking and evaluating like Andre did and this was an EMERGENCY. My problem that I had been trying to deal with for hours had been solved.
