- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing is completely individualized to meet your needs and budget. There is always a compromise in there somewhere that will make you happy. We spend a lot of time with you gathering the right information to make the most accurate fair assessment of your event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I welcome the opportunity to meet and discuss your vision, wants, needs and desires for your special day. I will then work with you to make sure that your day is something that you will always remember. Your guests will be talking for years about how much fun they had at your party and how good the food was.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A culinary degree plus apprenticeship under Master Chefs and 30 years of on the job world class experience
