- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are customers also. You don’t need to spend the most amount of money. We are not the highest or lowest. We offer fantastic services,products, great installations, very reasonable prices.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Bring samples, brochures. Measure everything up. Go back to the office and send a detailed proposal. It’s the easiest thing a client will go through.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Before I started my company. I met with several factories, and different installers. Learned what was the best products and the best way to install them. I am extremely picky, so I can be picky for my customers.
