From the time I called Norwood Heating and Air (on a Sunday) they were completely concerned about my daughter's furnace not operating. John (the technician) asked some pertinent questions and said he'd be there in about an hour and a half. He showed up on time and went right to work! While working to resolve the problem, he explained how the unit operated and how to avoid any future problems. He was a wealth of knowledge and extremely patient in passing on his decades of aquired experience the heating and cooling industry. I was going to install a new thermostat later that day (I hadn't bought it yet) and he told me to call him when I got ready to install it. I called him later on that day and he walked me through the entire process. Since I didn't need any parts on the furnace repair, he just charged me for the labor. Norwood Heating and Cooling was fast, efficient, professional, patient, honest and the best value I have ever found! DO NOT call Constellation Home and deal with corporate indifference.
