I have nothing but good things to say about Mr. Santana and his team. From the start, Mr.Santana has been prompt, informative, patient and kind. I reach out about an estimate, and he was at my door within the hour. His team is currently doing a total renovation of my townhouse. I will add photos once the job is complete. His prices are reasonable, and he is transparent throughout the entire process.

I contracted with Santana Construction Services to do some kitchen renovation work. This project included opening up the kitchen wall between the living room area, relocating tv over fireplace, which included electrical work, installing new backsplash, adding new cabinetry and microwave, and painting. The workers did a phenomenal job and I would hire this company again for other projects. A special thank you to Santana, Rudy, Burma, and Emanuel!

Contacted Santana Construction on Saturday afternoon through Thumb Tack and the work we needed was done by 11 am on Sunday! We needed our countertop opened up to fit our new cooktop and we had difficulty figuring out who to call because it was a small job, but very specialized. We were ghosted by another company and I was losing it with 2 young kiddos and being without a stovetop for over a month. We also had a new vanity/sink/faucet that needed to be installed as well because or last one was leaking. Santana Construction was able to do both ASAP! The owner called and then we did a video chat where he gave us an estimate later through text. Ruddy and Berman came the next morning and were very punctual, professional, polite, and cleaned up after themselves. They even had concern for my 4 & 6 yr. old when they thought a box cutter was left out within their reach. Great experience and we are so happy to be able to use our cooktop and bathroom sink again! Thanks--we will call again for our next project.
