Bob could not have been more helpful. He responded almost immediately to my thumbtack request, visited our home and provided a quick estimate, and worked us into his installation schedule so that we could complete another renovation that was held up by the need for the insulation. I introduce myself and explain all the details involved in resolving their particular pest issues. Most customers want to know what is involved in their specific pest issues and how it will be resolved.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm licensed, so there is ongoing continuing education that I'm required to keep up with. I subscribe to several resources that keeps me current with the industry trends.
