My job consisted of having 90 sheets of drywall installed and finished.The crew they sent out had the drywall hung in a day and a half.(2 men)The finishers arrived the next day and had the job mudded in 2 days. One day to sand to a smooth finish.The job was priced at a fair rate.Lago Contracting's crews are hard working and performed all their work in a professional manner. I am very satisfied, and will use their services again.

Mr. Parada was able to do the job under a very short timeframe and completely within the budget we had agreed upon. The work was of very high quality and he would not accept the final payment until we were completely satisfied with all aspects of it. I would highly recommend his services!

Fernando took a look at what I thought was the issue with my leaky window, but actually came up with several other issues that were likely to be causing the leak. When the project actually started, several more issues were found. Fernando kept in contact with me, sent me photos of where the new issues were, and still managed to fix everything in the estimated time with only a slight increase in price. I also got photos of the final product (gutters and roof). After they finished, things looked even better than before. The area was spotless and everything looked great. I'm beyond impressed with the amount of detail that was put into fixing a leaky window permanently and addressing several other problems, too. Fernando and his crew were fantastic!
