I cannot speak highly enough about the guys from Neighbors HVAC. It’s a long story, but these guys were scheduled for 5:00 on a Friday evening. They were running late from a previous job so when it got dark and frigid I asked if they’d like to reschedule. They said “No, we said today, we’ll do it today”.
As it turns out, what I called them for wasn’t the real issue. I explained additional problems and they came in and inspected the inside portion of the HVAC system, checked everything and ran some tests. The diagnosis was that the ducts hadn’t been cleaned in probably 40 years, nothing wrong with the heat pump, we just needed duct cleaning.
Not only were they efficient at the diagnosis, but they walked us through the process step by step and educated us along the way. They were great with our kids tagging along into the basement, didn’t try and nickel and dime us, extremely professional and knowledgeable and just a pleasure to work with.
Because this call ended up not being remotely close to what the original request was, I asked want they thought a fair payment would be. I voluntary gave them almost twice what they suggested because they were that good and I appreciated everything they went out of their way to do.
They are two young, but very motivated entrepreneurs that now have my complete respect and trust and I would recommend them to anyone. I will be calling them for any of my HVAC needs in the future.

Malachi and his team was the best team ever! Everyone needs to use this group. Our heat wasn’t working AND the fan was rattling. When everything was said and done, everything wad fixed and quiet. I will always use this team from now on. They will be doing our maintenance from now on also
