You'll be receiving a service technician with 20 Years of experience and training in the chimney, gutter and dryer vent industry. We care about your home and have ladder stabilizers to protect your gutters when getting on and off the roof. Proper vacuums and tarps to protect your home and hallways during Fireplace and dryer vent service.
Ensuring that your fireplace and or dryer vent are properly inspected regularly is important to your health and safety of the home.
Properly maintaining the gutters helps prevent potential damage and or blockage resulting in overspill (waterfall affect). Excessive water build up near the foundation of the home due to clogged or damaged gutters can result in further damage or water entry into the home.
We Specialize in:
1. Fireplace and furnace flue sweeps (cleanings). Repair and relinings for fireplaces and furnace & hot water heater vents. Exterior masonry chimney repair and prefab chase cover replacement.
We also clean and install wood stoves.
** Please keep in mind we do not service or Install gas logs or inserts
**During the fireplace inspection, we use a video-camera to scan (if accessible) and thoroughly inspect the interior liner to help ensure satisfactory condition.
Exterior chimney service, repairs and inspection also performed (masonry or metal).
2. Gutter cleaning and repairs.
Cleaning includes gutter and downspout flush to help remove all debris. We bag and dispose of debris and provide before and after photos.
Gutter estimates for repairs or replacement are also available.
3. Dryer vent cleaning and vent replacement **if accessible
4. Power washing for home siding, driveways, patios, decks
Service fees:
Gutter clean starts between $99.00-175.00+ (dependant on size of home and roof pitch)
Chimney Sweep/clean with a detailed interior and exterior inspection is currently $169.00 each** Additional discount provided for multiple sweeps at time of service
Fireplace & chimney Inspection only $100.00 ( General service call)
Dryer vent Sweep $125.00 for standard length up to 25ft
** Discount provided if performed with additional services**

Lennie and his partner came out quickly, arrived at the time promised, & did the work (cleaning a badly overstuffed gutter at second story level on a rowhouse) efficiently. They cleaned up all the mess below. Previous services I've called for this didn't show up on time or showed up but had issues dealing with a rowhouse/city environment & had to come out multiple times. We will definitely be continuing with this company for routine maintenance.
