I was devastating when I found out my AC was broken a night before the hottest day. I contacted MRM in the morning. Luckily, the technician came on the same day only a few hours later. Mike, the technician, did through examination to see what the problem was. It was the capacitor. He was able to repair on-site and checked everything else was running fine before he headed out. I truly appreciate their service and punctuality.
