Paula is amazing!!! She showed up when I was panicked by the very shoddy quality of my realtor’s staging and brought professionalism, design flair and kindness to the project. WOW! WOW! and WOW! Paula is AMAZING! She truly has a gift and an eye for staging, home design as well as decor, and she is absolutely in tune with what it takes to get a home sold. From the beginning, Paula set herself apart as she was one of two stagers who came to the home to understand the layout of the home, understand the flow, see what work was being done, what colors were being used, see what was needed, and ultimately to develop a game plan. The other stagers simply sent an estimate. To that point, the other stager who came on site said that she was glad she did because she thought that the house was one level, when it was actually a split foyer. After walking the house, Paula pulled out a laptop, went through what furniture she thought would work best, explaining why, but remained open to what I wanted, as her customer, and listened to my suggestions. She went over color schemes, what rooms should/shouldn't be staged, and went in great detail about her process. I advised Paula that she set herself apart through everything she did. My realtor was impressed, as was everyone who walked through the house, commenting on the furniture used, the color schemes, placement of each item based upon strategy...I mean, she covered it all. Her attention to detail is second to none, her ability to spot issues and offer recommendations and solutions helped us out in a major way, excellent communication, stellar customer service, and her dedication to the project's success left me speechless. Paula takes pictures of each area and studies them. For example, I moved a plant that was next to a painting because it was a little in the way of an 8' wide walkway. The next day, Paula called me and asked me to flip the art because when I did so, it changed the flow the wall, the room, and made the room look shorter. Making that single adjustment made a HUGE difference. We will DEFINITELY be hiring Paula again and highly recommend her to anyone/everyone in need of a stager, interior designer, or anything similar.

Our house has been sitting on the market for 2 weeks. It is in outstanding condition but vacant with no furniture. The feedback we received from showings is that the price is fair but it feels too big. At that point we knew we needed to stage the home. I reached out to Paula. She was highly responsive and an excellent communicator! She walked through the house and provided us with helpful advice. She has an amazing eye for detail and showed us a few things we should fix that potential buyers might notice (marks on the wall, etc.) in addition to her professional staging advice. Most importantly, I also felt like I learned from her WHY we needed to stage our house. It really does help buyers visualize living in the house. I didn't really realize until after the house was staged of HOW MUCH it made a difference. She was able to provide us with an estimate and contract very quickly. You can see how amazing the home looks. We had a showing about 2 hours after the house was fully staged but before the online staging photos were updated for our listing. We are being told, the potential buyer is coming back to look at it the house again as they are seriously considering an offer. I have been convinced that staging a vacant home is critical especially as the market starts to cool off and interest rates rise. I also felt like her price is a super good value considering the ROI (Return on Investment). I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PAULA! She is TRUSTWORTHY, PROFESSIONAL, and TRULY an ARTIST.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Staging Cost is very depending of the conditions and needs of the house: Vacant Properties: Price includes: consultation, design, furniture and accessories rental coordination, shopping, the staging, and number of days to stage and de-stages the home + transportation cost (delivery and pick up). 1. Small properties: starting at $ 2,600 based on 31 to 45 days staging contract. Numbers of areas or rooms to includes: living, dining, kitchen, one bedroom and one bathroom. 2. Medium size properties: Starting at $3,400 based on 45 days staging contract. Numbers of rooms or staging areas: living, dining, kitchen, main bedroom and bathrooms and another two rooms (kid room/home office). 3. Big Properties: Starting at $5.000.00 based on 45 days staging contract. Numbers of rooms or staging areas: formal and informal living and dining, kitchen, master bedroom and bathrooms + another two rooms (kid room/home office). Occupied Homes 1. Staging Consultation: Paula will walk with you through your house to give you on-the-spot recommendations on how to stage each room of the house with you own inventory. This consultation will take approximately 2 to 3 hours. It cost $360 If you need more time our hourly rate is $60. After this consultation you should be able to stage the house by your own. 2. Hands-on Staging in a Day: Option 1: Stager + 2 assisted (movers) $900 3. Renting accent elements: Rental Cost depend of what the staging need to be completed. Paula will bring some accent element such as pillows, art wall, other décor items to give the final touch to the staging. 4. Other services: Quote will provide after preview the property. -Provide turnkey services for any particular aspect of the staging.
