- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Staging Cost is very depending of the conditions and needs of the house: Vacant Properties: Price includes: consultation, design, furniture and accessories rental coordination, shopping, the staging, and number of days to stage and de-stages the home + transportation cost (delivery and pick up). 1. Small properties: starting at $ 2,600 based on 31 to 45 days staging contract. Numbers of areas or rooms to includes: living, dining, kitchen, one bedroom and one bathroom. 2. Medium size properties: Starting at $3,400 based on 45 days staging contract. Numbers of rooms or staging areas: living, dining, kitchen, main bedroom and bathrooms and another two rooms (kid room/home office). 3. Big Properties: Starting at $5.000.00 based on 45 days staging contract. Numbers of rooms or staging areas: formal and informal living and dining, kitchen, master bedroom and bathrooms + another two rooms (kid room/home office). Occupied Homes 1. Staging Consultation: Paula will walk with you through your house to give you on-the-spot recommendations on how to stage each room of the house with you own inventory. This consultation will take approximately 2 to 3 hours. It cost $360 If you need more time our hourly rate is $60. After this consultation you should be able to stage the house by your own. 2. Hands-on Staging in a Day: Option 1: Stager + 2 assisted (movers) $900 3. Renting accent elements: Rental Cost depend of what the staging need to be completed. Paula will bring some accent element such as pillows, art wall, other décor items to give the final touch to the staging. 4. Other services: Quote will provide after preview the property. -Provide turnkey services for any particular aspect of the staging. For example, manage minor repairs, house updates and color consultation; or move your furniture to stage the house. -Advise you on preparing and planning for your next move. I can ease your transition into your new place and help you set up your home.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For Vacant Properties: I am offering a FREE visit consultation to your property: I would be tour the property with you to gain appreciation and understanding of the house, identify its special and unique features, and access the flow and spaces characteristics. After previewing the property, I will customize the Staging for the house and submitted a proposal for your approval. I am looking forward to meet your time and budget requirements!
