- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I connect with a customer through Thumbtack I will send a message through the app and ask to have a quick text or phone call to make our introduction. If we can work out a solution to the customer’s need right away, we can proceed to make arrangements to get the job done. If it looks like we need some more time or information I’ll work with the customer to visit the job site or figure out the next steps. Sometimes it becomes clear we may not be a good fit and I’ll do my best to help guide the customer to a better solution. However it works, I’m here to help.
