Found water in the rug of my basement a few weeks ago. After demoing a small area, I realized that rolled insulation was used, which was taking on a lot of moisture through cinder blocks, plus settlement had caused a leak in one corner of the house's foundation. Lot of mold and fear that this was going to be a huge cost after my insurance told me I was on my own... I received three quotes from different companies. One of the quoyes being from Beyond Waterproofing, which was by far the most reasonably. Michael came out and explained the situation, listened to what I wanted, and then made his recommendations, which didn't include a sales pitch for unnecessary, expensive fixes. He sent me an estimate shortly after and didnt use any pressure sales tactics.Sunday night, the night before work was to begin, I reached out to Mike to add something last minute and ask a few questions. He called me back, took the time to answer my questions, gave me a quick, less than expected quote, and made the change.Michael and his crew came in Monday, worked efficiently, and completed the job on time. They left my house cleaner than before they came and followed up after to make sure everything was good. They even took a healthy pile of garabage away unexpectedly that I had stacked and was planning to take to the dump (thanks again for saving me a trip!) and relayed some bricks outside the house that I had taken up when examining the issue initially.Highly recommend for any basement moisture/water issue.
